Movie Review "Uzumaki - Spiral Into Horror"

This film based on Japanese episodic manga created by Junji Ito and this title of the movie had been taken in the same title of the manga version. Uzumaki has a complete story without any background or causes of what happened in that situation. Even though it is a horror movie, but the movie itself have a different perception to be being a horror one. Uzumaki is a horror scientific movie and never improve the plot with any ghost experience.

Begin in a town infected with the spiral obsession. Despite of the story of manga version, a movie version has a different endings due to the movie being filmed before the manga had finished.

The story was lead by kiri kagoshima was running to the tunnel direction that connected to the other town where her boyfriend attended to school. Kiri eventually founded that Shuichi's father was making a video of corkscrew pattern of snail; he was also making a video of any stuff with the images of spiral and began to collect them one by one. After she saw the bizarre thing of what happening with Shuichi's father. She told him and Shuichi start telling about his weird felling in Kurouzu (the name of the town). Next he ask Kiri to leave that town together with him, but Kiri's think that is just his felling and will be disappear in count of days.

In the next day, his father weird obsession become dangerously out of control. His possessed of being spiral in everything made him mean to his family include hitting shuichi's mother just because they runs out of naruto roll of miso soup. when they together having dinner. Shuichi's father start to make some experiment to his body by making spiral with his eyes and rolling his tongue into spiral. In next two days he decided to suicide by crawl into washing machine that turn on automatically.

It isn't take much time to see the entire town infected by the whirls. In Kiri's school a student a student was suicide by jumping from the upper floor of the spiral stairs. another student was becoming into a snail. he just attend the class when the weather was raining, always drink water in copious amounts, and crawl on the walls of the school. the girls students who has long straight hair was becoming medusa hair and growing fast. the hair not also taking the energy of the girl but also take over the mind of all the student.

Mean while the death of shuichi's father was investigate by inspector Takamura, a police officer and he became obsesses with the case. shuichi's mother became phobia of spiral. because shuichi's mother was collapse, so she taking a rest in hospital. shichi forced to tell the hospital to eliminate anything spiral shaped so his mother may not she it. but eventually his mother find that the finger prints was shaped into a spiral and she cut her finger prints by herself. in the and his mother kill herself by injuring her ear because milipede tried to inhabit and because of the hallucinate about her husband who tell her 'there is another vortex in the deepest part of your ear'. Soon every one in kurouzu has been caught in the curse of spiral.

The movie was ending in Shuichi who is the survivor changing into spiral because he become posed by it too. only Kirie is left in the caused town kuruzo and in the and her final pate is unknown.

popular culture is a culture that grow from the Mordeni section in all the country. popular culture came from the citizen who i the middle or in the lower class of the society. the characteristic of popular culture is spontaneously (even from people say they are vulgar culture). it means that popular culture is definitely different from high culture, that have high culture not for the commonly people they belong to elite people who have everything.
Popular culture is from folk culture that have been known from eighteen century, that become a popular culture when the urbanization of the industrial revolution come in to the citizen life. people culture has similarity with the mass media or maybe its definitely same between these modernism culture. if we look carefully the popularly culture was came from American culture which allow us to do anything without carry about other thought, or we can say these culture is about freedom it self.
Based on my opinion we can clearly decided that popular culture contrast with a more exclusive or elitist high culture that grow from to different social group. in the earliest of the century, English use popular word that means something low, based, or sometimes vulgar and the common of the people. Popular culture finds its expression in the mass circulation of items from areas such as fashion, music, design, sport and film. the popular culture had influence on art from the 1950's which is in British and United Stated.
it truly believe that popular culture was growth. from American Hollywood movie which had influence us with the popular culture (freedom life), and i believed that the popular culture is one of product of globalization areas.

Cheating in Mathematic Test

It was Wednesday, and that day was the final test of my mathematic subject. Unfortunately, I didn’t prepare for the test before that day, because I just watched TV all day long. I didn’t know why my laziness unexpectedly popped out. I thought the test would be easier like another test which I have done before. A great day before the test, but after that I really scared when the paper test was dividing by my mathematic teacher. My cold sweat was falling from my forehead. It was disaster! I didn’t have any idea how I filled the test with the answer. It’s getting worst when I read the question in the test one by one. I couldn’t stop my sweat! Now I am in trouble (notice that my teacher was looking at me because my act was weird after the test was giving by him).
During the scariness made me so worried, intuitively I got one crazy idea in my mind. I was thinking over and over again and observe the situation of the class in next 5 minutes. Unfortunately, my bad thought took over, because may be my bad side was winning from my good side in the whispering game (I am not sure exactly^^). My crazy idea was cheating in the test. I have been aware of that idea, but I thought it’s not the time for decided what the right way was. The most important things in my mind were I got a good grade or not.
Slow but sure, I was pulling out my mathematic books which is placed in my drawer seat. In next thirty minutes I almost finished my test with no trouble happened to me. I was happy, but I didn’t notice when my teacher was walking behind me and inadvertent he saw me from the back of my seat. My book was opened during the test. He stole me up! Quietly and unsoundly he stood beside me while his hand grabbed the book on my drawer seat.
My heart stopped beat at the moment! I was surprised! I looked in my teacher face and discover how angry he is. His face looked plain like there was no trouble happened before. He didn’t look at my face but starring at my worksheet. My cold sweat now moved on my back, on my foot and my hand. I really could squeeze my body and produce one glass from my sweat. It was terrified.
The next, my teacher was tearing my worksheet into pieces and seized my mathematic book. He also made a note in his absent class. Frankly, I really embarrassed to my teacher and my classmate. They starring at me and wandered what happened to me. The good news is my teacher didn’t kick me out from the class, so I could start working my answer sheet even though the time wasn’t enough for me. In the next day, the notification of the test result was come out, and I got the B grade in mathematic. So, it was my bad day that I had at school. It’s not really bad though, because in the end I got B grade although my teacher reduce my grade into B-. Still, it was a good grade. Hehehehehehe……

Naoko Takeuchi's Life

Naoko Takeuchi or some of her fans site called Takeuchi sensei was born in Tokyo, March 15, 1967. She is the famous mangaka in Tokyo and worldwide. Her famous works that has been admired in worldwide is Sailormoon. The first idea of Sailormoon was appear in one of her draft when she attended in astronomy and manga club. She has been wrote many of short manga (comic) and printed by the most manga publisher in Japan Kondansha Comic. Miss rain is one of her work which is printed in Indonesian version, and got many attention from the Indonesian manga reader that include myself.

Takeuchi sensei was starting be a mangaka ilustator when she was 19 years old. The first short manga Love Call has recieved an award of the best illustator and the best story. Instantly, she become freelance which is working steady in short manga until she finish Maria. The story of Maria has taken from the story of Daddy Long Legs and has story background in pharmacy school.

After that, the Code Name Sailor V was appearing when she returning back in Kondansha company, and continued with Sailormoon which is becoming the popular manga and anime in Japan and other countries. The manga/ comic and anime has been translated into over 15 language and has over 3000 fans site in website.

In the end, Takeuchi sensei still working in her new manga and involve in Sailormoon Drama Live Action. The Sailor cast was appear in human that the story based on Sailormoon Anime version. She still working to website updating of her fans site about once a month with new flash animation that include her lastest work and some of her profiles.

Classical Music

When I was 10 years old, I was totally obsessing with violin and piano because it has a perfectly sounds that make me more comfortable to hear it. Someday I was watching TV program that show a young pianist and violin duet in one piece of song that composed by Beethoven. That Sonata (in Classical music, a piece of song that a composed for just only one instrument or two called sonata, not for chamber music that consist of three or more instrument or for orchestra). They seemed enjoyed what their doing and its make me more happy about their performance.

Yet, after 11 years i still love it. I more, more and more obsess all about classical. First i was introducing to Beethoven's sonata like "fur elise" sonata or like the 1st Symphony of Beethoven that show more aggressive like others symphony that he had composed. And that I becoming a fan of Yoyo-ma, a cellist from china and get famous in classical world. He even get one chance to plays with philharmonic orchestra the most famous orchestra in Wina Austria (I'm not sure were country they come from :P).

Late, I now about other pieces that composed by Beethoven. Its seems Beethoven had a good taste while he created many songs. Again, I am so impressed when Beethoven got deaf but he did not give up to created more and more songs until he satistied and of course die. The famous one of his creation is "Moonlight sonata" and late was "Pathetique". The Moonlight sonata was appear in one of some case from Mentantei Conan or in Indonesian the title is Detective Conan. Despite of the story of that anime, one of the character played the Moonlight sonata in the late of the night when the case was beginning. Of course the key of that case totally in score sheet of Moonlight sonata piece.

I was confused when other people said that my taste of music is weird and somekind of awfull but for me its more complicated than what their said to me because I really like it and I dont need any excuses to love classical music. Sometimes i get so angry when i heard other people said "what happen to you, why do like that kind of music????" (they said it with raising tone :D). I just laugh to them and said back "For good sake, is none of your business :P).

In the end , I glad to be classical fan, i dont care about others people say about me. I just want to be myself. So, classical music for me is a medicine when I get sad or upset while I working or study all day.
